How to start a return

Find your order and select the item(s) you wish to return.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a return shipping label.

Print the label, pack your item securely, and drop off the package at your nearest post office.
Please ensure your return is shipped within 28 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where SOLSTYS made an error.
