All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods or holidays, processing times may occasionally take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Canada: 3–7 business days

USA: 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on local postal services and customs clearance.

We ship with trusted carriers including Purolator and UPS to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your jewelry from our studio to your doorstep.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Orders over CAD$150 qualify for free shipping in Canada.

Orders over CAD$200 qualify for free shipping to the United States.

Every SOLSTYS order is carefully packaged in a protective jewelry box or envelope, designed to keep your jewelry safe during transit.

Your order also includes a premium SOLSTYS polishing cloth to help keep your jewelry looking radiant.
