2. Our Jewelry

Every piece in our collection is carefully selected or hand-crafted with high-quality materials like stainless steel, 18K gold, and natural gemstones. Our jewelry is made to last, shine, and bring joy daily.

Please note : Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Ordering & Payment

Shopping with SOLSTYS is simple and secure. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay and PayPal.

All prices are in CAD, and taxes (GST/PST) are clearly shown at checkout. Your payment is safe, encrypted, and handled with care.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We partner with Purolator and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Processing: 1–3 business days

Canada: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days (customs may vary)

Good news : Orders over $150 receive free shipping ! Shipping fees for smaller orders will be shown at checkout.

For international shipments, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every piece you receive, but if something isn’t right:

Non-final sale items can be returned within 28 days of delivery.
Return shipping in Canada is $8.00.

Return Steps for Canada:

Log in to your SOLSTYS account.
Select the items you’d like to return.
Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping label if approved.
Pack your items carefully and drop off at your nearest post office. Please send your package within 28 days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll work quickly to replace or refund your order, so you can enjoy your jewelry worry-free.
