Returns

If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, worn or used jewelry cannot be returned.

Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, items purchased using deferred or installment payment solutions must be unused and unopened to qualify for a return.
