All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Times

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These offers will be clearly indicated on our website.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, SOLSTYS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

SOLSTYS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. SOLSTYS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
